This setup ensures transparency and security, helping to prevent issues in a communal living space.

Each resident has their own personal safe and small refrigerator, providing a private space for personal belongings and food. Our home is fully fenced with an electronic gate and keypad access, offering unmatched privacy and safety.

Conveniently located at the intersection of 183 and I-35, our residence is within walking distance of public transportation and close to Walmart and a gas station. Additionally, it is less than 50 feet from the greenbelt, allowing residents to enjoy the natural beauty of Austin.
Engaging Monthly Group Outings
To enhance the experience, we organize monthly group outings for all residents. Our excursions include camping trips, UT Football games, Austin FC games, a fall trip to Big Bend National Park, Enchanted Rock day trips, Barton Springs Pool visits, movies, concerts, and catered group dinners.
